Full Kind Hotel opened in 2018, and its location is quite close to several attractions in the city center — a really convenient spot. It's about a seven-minute walk to Dongdamen Night Market, three minutes to Gongzheng Baozi, and only a 10-minute walk to the Hualien Cultural and Creative Industries Park, so you can reach several famous spots without needing any transportation.
When I first started researching, I found that there were hardly any articles online introducing Full Kind Hotel. However, after looking through the negative reviews online, there didn't seem to be any serious issues. Considering the price and location during a long holiday period, it was quite good value, and it also has its own indoor parking lot, so in the end I chose to stay here.

📍 Location
Full Kind Hotel is located on Gongyuan Road in Hualien City. Right next to the hotel entrance is the entrance to the underground parking garage. There aren't many parking spaces across the two basement levels, and the space is quite tight, so you need to be careful when passing other cars.
If the parking is full, the front desk will direct you to a partner parking lot across the street, and the one-time fee is covered by the hotel, so parking isn't much of a problem.
🏢 Hotel Environment

| The bright, high-ceilinged lobby |
Full Kind Hotel feels more like a simple business hotel, without many facilities or fancy decor. As you walk in there's a large bookshelf and a high-ceilinged lobby, and the overall entrance makes a pretty good first impression.
The front desk staff handled check-in quite quickly, and nothing unusual happened. On the flip side, the service wasn't especially good or especially bad either, so it didn't leave a particularly deep impression 😂

What I personally found more of a highlight, though, was the moment the elevator doors opened on the guest room floors — the corridor felt really spacious, and being fairly new, it was bright and roomy overall, not cramped like the hallways of typical business hotels. The downside is that it also led to lots of kids running around and playing in the corridor....

🛏 The Room
This time we stayed in a standard twin room. The beds were just the right firmness and quite comfortable to sleep on, and the room had all the basic amenities and equipment, such as a desk and a TV. There were no fancy extras — it's a simple, clean style.
