這是我們這次北九州行的最後一個晚上，吃過了一蘭，也吃了一直想再吃一次的豬排，在沒有特定目標的情況下，索性就直接上網隨便找找大家還有推薦吃什麼，很多人都推薦一定要吃雞肉鍋料理，不過因為最有名的一間離我們的飯店有點距離，在不想走太遠的情況下，找到了另一間離我們旅館很近的とりまぶし 水炊鍋，這間店在 tabelog 上也有 3.58 的高分 ( https://tabelog.com/fukuoka/A4001/A400102/40040160/ )。 とりまぶし 水炊鍋就是水炊雞肉鍋，其中有名的就是使用了福岡的 “地雞”，其實也就是我們常說的土雞或是放山雞。聽說這也是可以代表福岡的料理之一，水炊雞肉鍋不加其他的調味料，直接使用好的地雞製作成的水炊鍋，擁有最甘甜的地雞風味。

This was the last night of our Northern Kyushu trip. We'd already had Ichiran, and we'd also had the tonkatsu I'd been wanting to eat again. With no particular plan in mind, we simply hopped online to see what else people recommended. Many suggested that chicken hot pot was a must-try, but since the most famous restaurant was a bit far from our hotel and we didn't feel like walking too much, we found another spot very close to our hotel: Torimabushi mizutaki hot pot. This restaurant also scores a high 3.58 on Tabelog ( https://tabelog.com/fukuoka/A4001/A400102/40040160/ ). 從福岡起家的這間 Ivorish，一直是網路上很推薦的一家店，常常只要直接 google 搜尋『福岡 甜點』，出來的結果除了 Quil Fait Bon 之外，第二間大概就是 Ivorish 了！ 被號稱福岡必吃之一的Ivorish，主打用法式吐司的各種甜食與鹹食。這次北九州行的最後一天中午，就選擇了這間店來當作早午餐，我們去的是『Ivorish 福岡本店』。其實前一陣子 Ivorish 也在台灣也有了分店，分店位置位在 台中三井MITSUI OUTLET PARK內。

Ivorish, which got its start in Fukuoka, has always been a highly recommended shop online. Very often, if you simply google "Fukuoka desserts," the results will include Quil Fait Bon and, in second place, most likely Ivorish! Hailed as one of Fukuoka's must-eat spots, Ivorish specializes in all kinds of sweet and savory dishes made with French toast. On the last day of this Northern Kyushu trip, we picked this shop for brunch at midday — we went to the "Ivorish Fukuoka Main Store." Actually, a while back Ivorish also opened a branch in Taiwan, located inside the MITSUI OUTLET PARK in Taichung.

Fukuoka is one of the Japanese metropolises closest to Taiwan. With a flight time of just over two hours, it has become a Japanese city that Taiwanese travelers visit again and again. Fukuoka City lies in northern Kyushu, in the western part of Fukuoka Prefecture. It is Kyushu's largest city and its political, economic and transport hub. Facing Hakata Bay, the city was anciently known as Hakata and served as the gateway to the East Asian continent; as early as the medieval period it developed into a self-governing merchant town. The city is full of cultural and historical sights — Fukuoka Castle, for instance, is one of Japan's 100 Fine Castles. 黑豚，在鹿兒島算是最有名的美食，黒かつ亭主打產地直送的薩摩黑豚，且價格也不會到太貴。這間炸豬排店，其實是一年前在東京車站地下街偶然吃到的，當時因為想要吃的店大排長龍，索性隨便找一間在旁邊的店進去吃，結果吃到的時候真的可以說是第一次吃到這麼好吃的豬排。 這次來福岡發現黒かつ亭在這裡也有分店，查到福岡也有分店後，就在行程裡面不管怎樣也要擠出一個晚上去吃，想來試試看當時驚奇的美味，是不是只是當下太餓了而已 😂

Kurobuta (black pork) is probably Kagoshima's most famous delicacy, and Kurokatsutei (黒かつ亭) specializes in Satsuma black pork shipped directly from the source — at prices that aren't too steep either. I actually stumbled upon this tonkatsu restaurant a year ago in the underground mall at Tokyo Station: the place I originally wanted to eat at had a huge line, so I just picked a shop next door at random, and it turned out to be the best tonkatsu I'd ever tasted. On this trip to Fukuoka I discovered that Kurokatsutei has a branch here too, and once I found out, I was determined to squeeze one evening into the itinerary no matter what — just to see whether that amazing flavor was real, or whether I was simply starving that day 😂

這次我們在由布院住一晚，由於沒有訂民宿的晚餐，就必須要來找找有什麼好吃的。在出發前就有查到，有一間蠻多人推薦，有著高CP值和牛的燒肉店，就決定在由布院的晚上來吃這間  燒肉萬養軒 。

We stayed one night in Yufuin, and since we hadn't booked dinner at our guesthouse, we had to go find something good to eat. Before the trip I'd already looked it up and found a yakiniku restaurant recommended by quite a few people, offering great-value wagyu, so we decided to have dinner there during our night in Yufuin —  Yakiniku Manyoken .
