Gin and Tonic from The Flour Factory 這次來到珀斯，因為本來預計的三天粉紅湖行程沒有成團，在市區的時間就多了不少，就計劃可以找一間珀斯市區的酒吧。在網路上查珀斯有什麼有名、或是值得一去的酒吧的時候，看到了這間 The Flour Factory，主打超過 100 種琴酒的琴酒專門酒吧，離住宿的地方也步行就可以抵達，就找了一天晚上來這裡體驗看看。

Gin and Tonic from The Flour Factory On this trip to Perth, the three-day Pink Lake tour we had originally planned didn't get enough people to run, so we ended up with a lot more time in the city and decided to look for a bar in downtown Perth. While searching online for famous or worthwhile bars in Perth, I came across The Flour Factory, a dedicated gin bar boasting over 100 kinds of gin, and it was within walking distance of our accommodation, so we picked an evening to go and check it out.

珀斯市區市景 珀斯是西澳州的首府，也是澳洲的第四大城市，而最精華與一般遊客會到的區域為市中心，又被稱為 Perth CBD。這個區域不算大，景點其實也不算太多，可以走悠哉漫遊的步調來逛市中心，而且 Perth CBD 有著各種路線的免費貓公車 CAT (Central Area Transit)，基本上除非要到郊區，不然都不太需要購買車票喔。

Perth city skyline Perth is the capital of Western Australia and Australia's fourth-largest city. The most interesting area, and the one most visitors head to, is the city centre, also known as the Perth CBD. This area isn't very big and there actually aren't that many attractions, so you can explore the city centre at a leisurely, strolling pace. What's more, the Perth CBD has free CAT (Central Area Transit) buses running on various routes, so unless you're heading to the suburbs, you basically don't need to buy a ticket at all.
