Bee's Knees 是位於京都靠近鴨川河畔旁的一間酒吧，主題是禁酒令時代的地下酒吧 (Speakeasy)，外觀低調難發現，正門上還寫著「Book Store」，直到推開門才會發現裡面別有洞天，近年來連續幾年都入圍亞洲50大酒吧，今年 2023 年為 No. 44。

Bee's Knees is a bar in Kyoto near the banks of the Kamo River, themed around the underground speakeasies of the Prohibition era. The exterior is so understated it's easy to miss, and the front door even reads "Book Store" — only when you push it open do you discover the world hidden inside. It has made Asia's 50 Best Bars list several years running, coming in at No. 44 in 2023.

這次停留大阪的時間很少，大部分時間都留在京都了，剩著最後一天下午傍晚的時候，來到了口袋名單的其中一家酒吧 - 「Craftroom」。

This time I spent very little time in Osaka — most of it was spent in Kyoto. With only the last afternoon and early evening left, I headed to one of the bars on my must-visit list - "Craftroom".

希爾頓集團是世界上最大酒店的連鎖品牌之一，也是大家印象中的高階飯店品牌，這次入住的福岡海鷹希爾頓飯店，也是旗下的五星酒店。 由於公司出差的原因，這次是第二次入住福岡海鷹希爾頓飯店了，房間裡可以直接看福岡塔夜景、俯瞰博多灣的海景，福岡巨蛋也就在飯店旁邊而已。不過缺點是離市區實在是很遠，幾乎都要直接靠 Uber 移動才會比較方便。

Hilton is one of the largest hotel chains in the world and is widely seen as a high-end hotel brand. The Hilton Fukuoka Sea Hawk, where I stayed this time, is one of its five-star properties. Thanks to a business trip, this was my second stay at the Hilton Fukuoka Sea Hawk. From the room you can look straight out at the night view of Fukuoka Tower and the sea view over Hakata Bay, and the Fukuoka Dome is right next to the hotel. The downside, though, is that it's really far from the city center — you pretty much have to rely on Uber to get around conveniently.
